Background

Intact Architectural Consulting, LLC (IAC) provides detailed line and photogrammetric drawings of existing structures to architects, planners and owners, in addition to assessing the condition of historic buildings.   Greta E. Flothmeier, RA, founded IAC in 2018 seeking an innovative approach to building documentation.  She has a decade of experience working at highly respected architectural firms.  Her work within these firms focused on documenting and assessing state capitols, significant historic residences and academic buildings, including National Historic Landmarks. 

Ms. Flothmeier was initially educated in architectural design, receiving her B. Arch. from Cornell University in 2008, later to gain specialized training in preservation by completing her M.A. in Historic Buildings at the University of York (United Kingdom) in 2012.  She brings both her keen sense of design and drawing, with a passion for preserving historic buildings, to each project.
